BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Following the completion of an investigation, Brookville Borough Police are filing a Criminal Complaint against a Brookville man.
Police are charging a 37-year-old Brookville man with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property stemming from an incident around 6:10 p.m. on August 4 at Means Lauf Super Drug and Radio Shack.
Through the investigation, it was discovered that the man was wanted in Clearfield County on a bench warrant.
He as placed in the Jefferson County Jail pending return to Clearfield County by the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department.
The name of the individual was not released.
