PINECREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a DUI incident occurred on May 28, on Route 322 near Fuller Road in Pinecreek Township, Jefferson County.
Police say around 12:59 a.m. on May 28, 38-year-old Reuben Lee Kuntz, of Brookville, was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on Route 322 near Fuller Road.
Charges are pending at Magisterial District Court 54-3-03.
