REYNOLDSVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A Brookville man is facing Assault and other charges in Reynoldsville District Court.
According to online court documents, 44-year-old Paul James Martin was arraigned on December 13 on the following charges:
- Misdemeanor Simple Assault
- Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct
- Summary Harassment
These charges all result from an incident that took place in Reynoldsville on December 13, 2015.
Martin is currently lodged in the Jefferson County prision in lieu of $5,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 14, 2015 with Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
