FOREST COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police report a Brookville man is under investigation for suspected DUI after a traffic stop around 12:45 a.m. on August 24, in Jenks Township, Forest County.
According to State Police, a know 30-year-old Brookville man was stopped on SR 66 in Jenks Township for a summary traffic violation.
During the course of the stop, the man was allegedly found to be driving under the influence.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
The name of the suspect was not released.
