The charges stem from an incident that occurred in Brookville Borough in early March.

According to a criminal complaint, on March 12, agents from the Jefferson County Drug Task Force and officers of the Brookville Borough Police Department served a search warrant at a residence on North White Street, in Brookville Borough, where Paul Hannold and Jeanie Clinger reside with several small children.

The complaint states that during the search of the residence, inside a bedroom utilized by Hannold and Clinger, police located an Ice Breakers container of small, ziplock-style, clear baggies containing a crystal substance, weighing approximately 0.33 grams each, with a total weight of approximately 2.34 grams total.

According to the complaint, mushrooms, methamphetamine, used and loaded syringes, straws, numerous pills, and large quantities of U.S. currency were also found in the bedroom of the residence.

Clinger was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Gregory M Bazylak at 8:46 a.m. on Sunday, March 15.

Court documents indicate the following charges against 48-year-old Paul L. Hannold, of Brookville, were waived for court on April 24:

– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor (two counts)
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor (four counts)

The charges have been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.

Unable to post $50,000.00 monetary bail, Hannold remains lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.

Court documents indicate Clinger is also scheduled to stand for a second preliminary hearing in front of Judge Bazylak at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, on DUI and related charges from an incident on January 24.
