Candlelight Vigil Held In Brookville

BROOKVILLE, Pa – On a chilly Tuesday night, many Brookville residents gathered at the steps of the Jefferson County Courthouse to pay their respects to Devan Knapp, the 19 year old who was found dead in her car on Tuesday morning.
