Carol M. Broscious

Carol M. Broscious, 76, of Reynoldsville, PA, died on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at Penn Highlands DuBois in DuBois, PA.

Born Thursday, December 25, 1941, in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Penman and the late Loretta (Wildauer) Penman. She was the wife of the late Homer Broscious.

Known to many as “Christmas” Carol, she enjoyed reading, crafting and flowers.
She is survived by her sons, Greg Long (Mary Kay) of DuBois, PA, and Doug Long (Pam) of Brockway, PA; stepdaughter, Kellie Stone (Vance) of Stevensville, MD; brother, Richard Penman (Tamera) of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Janet Uplinger (Melvin) of Reynoldsville, PA; sister-in-law, Carla Penman of Reynoldsville, PA; six grandchildren: Meagan Gaston (Jacob), Christian Long, Brooke Long, Nathan Long, Drew Stone and Nick Stone; two great-grandchildren, Oliver and Xavier Gaston; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Penman.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
