Cause of Reynoldsville Barn Fire Ruled ‘Undetermined’

WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say the cause of a fire that destroyed a Reynoldsville barn early Saturday morning has been ruled undetermined.

Chief Darren Scolese, of the Reynoldsville Fire Department, requested assistance from a PA State Police Fire Marshal in determining the origin and cause of a fire that destroyed a 40’x 50′ two-story barn at 124 Simon Lane, in Reynoldsville, Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

A cause could not be determined, according to police.

No animals or persons were injured.

The loss is estimated at $75,000.00.

The fire occurred at 1:47 a.m. on March 10.
