Clarion County Man Arrested After Allegedly Threatening to Kill a Logger

handcuffsMILLCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Strattanville man is facing terroristic threats and related charges following an incident that occurred on Work Drive, in Strattanville, Millcreek Township, Clarion County.

Police say this crime occurred as 67-year-old Douglas Burton Leuschen, of Strattanville, “trespassed onto property of the victim and threatened to kill a logger.”

Leuschen was also found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, according to police.

He was arraigned at 2:43 p.m. on March 27 in front of Magisterial District Judge Timothy P. Schill on the following charges:

– Terroristic Threats W/ Intent To Terrorize Another, Misdemeanor 1
– Harassment – Comm. Lewd, Threatening, Etc. Language, Misdemeanor 3
– Defiant Trespass Actual Communication To, Misdemeanor 3
– Marijuana-Small Amount Personal Use, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

Leuschen is free on $10,000.00 unsecured bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. on April 25 with Judge Schill presiding.
