Cheesy Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 – 32 oz package frozen tater tots
1 can corn, drained
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 packet ranch dressing Mix
sour cream
1/2 Cup of bacon crumbs
Directions
-Preheat the oven to 350°.
-Spray a 2-quart glass baking dish with cooking spray.
-Place browned hamburger into bottom of pan, covering entire bottom. Sprinkle with diced onions. Layer corn as next layer.
-Mix soup and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix. Top with the soup mixture. Layer tater tots on top, covering entire top with tots. Top with bacon and cheese.
-Bake for 45 mins. Let cool. Serve with sour cream.
