Coldwell Banker Burns and Burns Realty Announce New Realtors to Firm

Michael & Elsa WiseCLARION, Pa. – COLDWELL BANKER BURNS AND BURNS REALTY is pleased to announce Realtors Michael and Elsa Wise have joined their firm.

Elsa was born and raised in Eastern PA and received her Real Estate license in 2002 after working 12 years in banking operations specializing in mergers and fraud discovery.

Michael was born and raised in the four county area of Clarion, Venango, Jefferson, and Forest. He grew up on Main Street Clarion above his grandmother’s restaurant, The Modern Diner, where CVS currently resides. Michael received his real estate license in 2007 after working the previous 16 years in the Leasing, Market Development, Business Plan Development, and Construction Estimating covering geographic triangle from Boston to Philadelphia and back to Pittsburgh.

In 2007 Michael and Elsa met and became business partners. Their shared strong work ethic and devotion to client’s needs lead to developing a business based on client referral. They develop relationships with their clients based on “treating them like the best of family” and following the golden rule of customer service, “Treat others as you would like to be treated”. Michael and Elsa received numerous awards while working under the Coldwell Banker banner in Berks County. Awards ranges from Monthly Achiever awards to Multi-Million Dollar and Top Producer awards. They have both been trained as Certified Negotiation Specialists.

Michael and Elsa resided in Sinking Spring a suburb of Reading, PA. Michael served as President of the ongoing Borough of Sinking Spring 2020 Committee created to re-develop the downtown district by 2020. He also served as a 6 year member of the Sinking Spring Borough Planning Commission before stepping down as president in 2013.

After 5 years of working together, Michael and Elsa they married in 2011. Although Michael always dreamed of moving back to western PA, it was Elsa that fell in love with the area as they traveled back and forth to family, sports, and regional events.

In July 2013 they began the transition from Sinking Spring, PA, to Clarion. Between them, they have 5 adult children, four of them are devout Steeler fans. They haven’t yet given up hope on the fifth one, a Seattle fan….
