Corsica Woman Arrested on Drug Charges, Child Endangerment

clingerCLARION, Pa. (EYT) – Multiple charges have been filed against a local woman in connection with an incident last week in Clarion Borough.

Court documents show that Clarion Borough Police filed charges against April Dawn Clinger, 33, of Corsica, following an incident that occurred on June 3.

The following charges were filed against Clinger at District Magistrate Duane Quinn’s Office:

– Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Misdemeanor 1
– Int Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor (4 counts)

Specific details on the incident are not yet available.

She was lodged in the Clarion County Jail after failing to post $5,000 cash bail.

Clinger faces a preliminary hearing on June 9.
