The Golden Eagles had a tough matchup against the Lakers, as Mercyhurst won in two of three doubles matches and in five of the six singles matches on the court. Alivia Arnold had the best performance of the day in singles action, pushing the reigning conference player of the week Kayla Frost but ultimately falling 6-3, 6-1 in the No. 1 singles match.

In doubles action, the duo of Katie Benson and Michelle Petrilla had a good back and forth with Naomi Jahr and Athina Tsagkaraki in the No. 2 doubles match. The Lakers took the match, though, winning by a 6-2 score.

The Golden Eagles finish the season with a 1-10 overall record, with a 0-6 mark against PSAC West opponents.
