SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Deer Creek Winery is hosting Wine Olympics and live entertainment on Sunday, September 1.

Wine Olympics is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Participants will have a chance to win great prizes such as gift baskets that feature wine, glasses, and other accessories and participate in a fun-filled day of games and laughter.

Tickets are $10.00 per person. This allows participants to join in all of the games.

The games will feature a series of “Minute to Win It” challenges.

There will also be amazing food specials.

Live Music by Brad Bendis

Also on Sunday afternoon, Brad Bendis will be performing from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. His vast repertoire of songs includes a great variety of country, rock, folk, and Blues favorites.

While you are at the winery, browse their gift shop and sample their vinegars and oils.

Deer Creek also serves hand-rolled crust gourmet pizzas, a variety of Goot Essa cheese plates with home-made toasted baguettes, and bruschetta with a twist – along with new menu items.

Free wine tasting is available all day, every day. Wine is sold cold by the glass or by the bottle.

Select beer from Yuengling, Straub, North Country Brewery, and Trails to Ales, soft drinks, coffee, smoothies, and lattes are also available.
