All pedestrian traffic will be relocated onto the new bridge structure prior to the start of the demolition.

Throughout the demolition process, traffic on the bridge may be restricted to one lane and pedestrian traffic may be flagged across the sidewalk at times as a safety precaution. Anyone traveling through the project on foot or by vehicle is asked to use extreme caution and stay clear of the active work area.

The Margiotti Bridge Project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2019.

Motorists should slow down and use caution in work zones, and obey flaggers and other traffic control devices. Expect congestion and delays in the project area. Fines are doubled for violations in work zones. Drive responsibly for your safety and the safety of the workers.
