Donald J. “Bubbie” Pallone, 75, Emeigh, passed away June 11, 2015 at UMPCAltoona Campus.
Born May 18, 1940, in Spangler the son of Francis and Frances (Puntureri) Pallone.
Preceded in death by parents; his loving wife, Mary Ann (Bublinec) Pallone, who passed away February 11, 2014; son-in-law, Dr. John Santarelli; brothers, Felix and Francis “Frank” Pallone Jr. Survived by loving children, Donald C. Pallone, CRNP, married to Carol R. (Coy) Pallone, Big Run; Diana C., wife of Udo Maelzer, Emeigh; Stephanie, wife of Brian Baran, Northern Cambria; six grandchildren, Dr. John V. Ashurst and wife, Dr. Megan Wasson/Ashurst; Anthony J. Santarelli; Andrea M. Santarelli; Stephen M. Ashurst; Adam J. Ashurst; and Zoey E. Baran; also his favorite pets; Mylo, Lulu, Sammy and Puppy.
Don was the founder and original owner of Pallone Insurance Agency Inc. and the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Family and friends will be received from 2 4 & 6 8 p.m., Sunday at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Monday at Prince of Peace Chapel. Interment, North Barnesboro Cemetery.
