Donna Jean Peace, of Punxsutawney, PA, died Saturday, March 12, 2016 at home.
She was born September 14, 1949 in Bell Township, Clearfield County, the daughter of the late Eugene M. and Dolores (Bennett) Hale.
She was married to Ronald Charles Peace, who preceded her in death on May 25, 2010.
She was employed as a cashier for the Punxsutawney Walmart.
She is survived by four sons, Ronald Cielo and his wife, Jessica of Punxsutawney, PA; Ronald K. Peace and his wife, Monica of Valier, PA; Gregory B. Peace and his wife, Brandi of Punxsutawney, PA; Steven Peace and his wife, Erin of Punxsutawney; three brothers, Phillip Hale of Mahaffey, PA; David Hale of LaJose, PA; and Kenneth Hale; and by three sisters, Shirley Wilson of Sharon, PA; Patricia Lindsay of Florida; and Karen Hale of DuBois, PA.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Lexi, Christopher and Jacob; Cameron and Lincoln; and Samantha, Cody, Anthony, and Cassandra..
She was preceded in death by her husband; three brothers, Carl Kitchen, Virgil Kitchen and Dorsey Kitchen; and by one sister, Wanda Hale.
Friends will be received at the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home in Punxsutawney, PA on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8.
The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 11:00 AM
with Pastor John Buchmann officiating.
The family requests that donations in memory of Donna be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
