Driver Loses Control, Vehicle Slams Into Guide Rail on Route 119

HENDERSON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police have released the details of a one-vehicle crash that occurred in Henderson Township earlier this month.

According to police, around 12:17 p.m. on February 1, a one-vehicle crash occurred on State Route 119 just south of Sykesville Troutville Road.

Police say 29-year-old Corey J. Clark, of Punxsutawney, was operating a 2020 Nissan Altima, traveling north on State Route 119, when he lost control of the vehicle on a left curve. The vehicle then struck a guide rail on the west side of the roadway.

Clark was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.

He was cited for a speeding violation.
