HUSTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police report a DuBois man is facing rape charges.
According to police, 52-year-old Chris Turner, of DuBois, allegedly committed unwanted sexual acts against a 14-year-old victim.
Police say the offenses took place on Bennetts Valley Highway in Huston Township, Clearfield County between February 2013 and February 2014.
Police say charges of Rape, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Incest, and other related charges have been filed against Turner.
