Dylan Young, Age 31 of Short Street, Falls Creek, PA died Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at his home.
Born on August 25, 1983 in Galveston, TX he was the son of Darrell D. Shifflett and Pamela Lynn Young. His parents survive.
Dylan was a welder and repairman at RESCAR in DuBois and was a licensed contractor.
He was a 2002 graduate of the DuBois High School and attended the Pennsylvania State University.
Most important to Dylan was his son Cole, family, and coaching Little League. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dirt bikes and spending time with his fiancée Melissa M. Castro and her children; Keaton, Addison, and Anthony. He was also a member of the Falls Creek Eagles Aerie # 865.
In addition to his parents and fiancée, he is survived by his son (Cole Payne Young).
He was preceded in death by his uncle (Eric Young).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. from the funeral home with Fr. Matis Quinmo and Pastor David Neagele co-officiating.
