PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – The Fifth Annual Holiday Elderly Care Gift and Card Drive in Punxsutawney is being held through December 14.
Items can be picked from the wish list or just drop off a card wishing a happy holiday season. The items will be distributed to the participating local elderly care facilities the week of December 19.
Wish list items include, but are not limited to, CDs, coloring books, yarn, socks, lap blankets, crayons, construction paper, hygiene products, games, books, tissues, and puzzles.
Items can be dropped off at Groundhog Club Headquarters at 200 West Mahoning Street, Suite 1 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Please drop off unwrapped gifts and cards by Friday, December 9.
