Evelyn Watson, 98, of Brookville, passed away July 25, 2015 at the McKinley Health Center.
Born on May 19, 1917, in Dudley, Pa., to Roy E. and Eva (Horton) Black, she married Dallas E. Heaton, who preceded her in death in 1971.
She married James A. Watson in 1975, who preceded her in death in 2004.
A member of the First United Methodist Church, Methodist Women, and a past president of Study Club, a member of Sewing Club, and a teacher’s aid for the Brookville Area School District, she enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by one son Dallas “Jack” (Hindy) Heaton of Charlotte, N.C.; two daughters, Janice Sebring of Brookville and Janet (Earl) Martz, of New Bethlehem; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Black; a grandson, Timothy Sebring; and a great-grandson, Tyler Sebring.
