Clarion Forest VNA has an opening for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide therapy services as well as personal care services to our patients in their homes primarily in Clarion and Forest Counties.
Requirements:
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Pennsylvania
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable Transportation a must
