EYT Media Group, Inc. is looking for a full-time Sales Representative.

EYT Media Group, the parent company of exploreClarion.com, exploreVenango.com, 814Classifieds.com, and EYT Radio, is looking for a Advertising Sales Representative to cover Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Jefferson, Mercer, and Venango Counties in Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:
The Advertising Sales Rep works directly managing and developing strategic client relationships with decision makers in small to large companies to achieve specific revenue goals. This position is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with experience selling integrated media programs designed to meet specific customer goals. This individual will sell website, online radio, and email newsletter advertising and sponsorships in Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Jefferson, Mercer, and Venango Counties in Pennsylvania.

– $50,000/year or more potential
– $250 draw plus commission
– Fuel reimbursement

– Must be tech savvy
– Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
– Manage existing customers and identify new ones to build long-term relationships, customer satisfaction and loyalty
– Create custom proposals designed to meet stated customer goals
– Accurately forecast territory revenue, and achieve digital media revenue goals
– Meet with existing customers, prospect for new customers, close business, and raise visibility for the brand in the industry
– Maintain customer/prospect database and comp list
– Manage collection of customer ad creative and delivery of program performance metrics

Requirements:
– 3+ years sales experience, preferably in advertising/media
– Competitive nature and financially motivated
– Proven sales experience
– ability to close sales quickly using a consultative selling approach
– ability to retain customers and increase their investment level over time
– ability to find and close new customers on an ongoing basis
– attention to detail in both selling and program administration responsibilities
– ability to achieve and maintain market share leadership for assigned territory
– strong customer service skills
– strong problem-solving and listening skills
– ability to work independently and effectively
– Must understand web-based advertising solutions. Examples include but are not limited to: webcasts, podcasts, banners, video and other digital media products.

Non-Essential Qualifications:
– Previous sales experience in advertising/media
