The Haskell House, an event venue in Clarion, Pa., is seeking a full-time Venue Manager.
JOB TITLE: Venue Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Venue Manager will manage all aspects of operations at The Haskell House, including but not limited to event coordination, event setup, marketing, and event sales. Candidate must be a self-starter who is willing to take on a variety of tasks. Candidate should be focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Coordinate with customers and vendors
– Hiring and managing event venue
– Communicating and meeting with clients to gather all event details
– Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the venue
– Manage within venue budget
– Manage events via online booking system
– Various other tasks
KEY SKILLS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
– Must be professional, enthusiastic, and a team-player
– Must be confident and self disciplined
– Excellent communication skills
– Must be able to multitask
– Social media management experience a plus
– Tech savvy a plus
EXPERIENCE
– Venue management experience preferred
POSITION TYPE: Full-time*
LOCATION: Clarion, Pennsylvania
COMPENSATION: Salary based on experience. Above market salary range. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including: medical insurance and IRA with company match.
Paid time off includes: sick, holidays, and personal vacation. This is a full-time, onsite position; however, several work from home days will be included in your schedule.

Dating back to the early 1800’s, the newly renovated venue includes a beautiful bridal suite, groom’s lounge, custom bar, kitchenette, and a lot of charm. From the original brick exposed on the walls, to the original tin ceilings, to the original wooden staircases, there is a little bit of history throughout the entire building.
