Featured Local Jobs: Kitchen Manager/ Chef/ Line Cooks

RBG is eagerly seeking a kitchen manager/chef and several line cooks. Applications are available at the front desk at the Park Inn by Radisson in Clarion.

Some of the responsibilities could include:

– Manages the kitchen operation in a profitable manner which ensures high-quality food for all customers.
– Supervises preparation, plating and serving of food.
– Will be expected to work during peak times (evenings, holidays, weekends)
– Select, schedule, and train food staff
– Order & maintain inventory
– Create and oversee all menus
– Responsible for controlling food costs
– Responsible for monthly food inventories

Rate of pay will depend on the level of experience.

Qualified applicants must pass a background check before date of hire.
