Five People Charged in Road Rage Related Incident in Brookville

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – According to Brookville Police, on August 30, five individuals were charged in connection to a Road Rage incident on Western and 2nd Street, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

Police say on May 24, 2013, the Brookville Police were called to the area of Western and 2nd Street for a male that was lying in the middle of the roadway and was possibly ran over by a vehicle.

Upon arrival, police found 19-year-old Ryan Marshall unresponsive, lying in the roadway.

Through investigation, it was learned that the incident was allegedly involving road rage where 36-year-old David Jackson allegedly cut off the other vehicle in the area of Western and 2nd Streets, according to police.

It was discovered that all parties allegedly exited their vehicle, and Marshall, 26-year-old Paul Plyer, 28-year-old Grant Dull, and 19-year-old Mark K. Aaron, Jr. allegedly started a fight with Jackson.

Police say that after Jackson was allegedly being hit by all involved parties, he got back into his vehicle and started to leave. At this time, Marshall allegedly jumped on the driver’s side rear of the truck, and about 25 to 50 feet later, fell off the side of the truck and landed on his head.

Marshall was flown by life flight to a Pittsburgh hospital due to the extent of his injuries. (No update has been given on the extent of his injuries.)

According to Brookville Police, all five individuals were charged.

Johnson has been charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct, Engage In Fighting, Misdemeanor 3

Marshall has been charged with four offenses:

-Disorderly Conduct Engage In Fighting, Misdemeanor 3
-Harassment – Subject Other to Physical Contact, Summary
-Hang On Vehicle, Summary
-Purch Etc Alcoh Bev By A Minor, Summary

Plyler has been charged with five offenses:

-Disorderly Conduct, Engage In Fighting, Misdemeanor 3
-Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2
-Harassment – Subject Other to Physical Contact, Summary
-Scatter Rubbish Upon Land/Stream Etc., Summary
-Tamper With/Fabricate Physical Evidence, Misdemeanor 2

Dull has been charged with three offenses:

-Scatter Rubbish Upon Land/Stream Etc, Summary
-Tamper With/Fabricate Physical Evidence, Misdemeanor 2
-Disorder Conduct Hazardous/Physical Offense, Misdemeanor 3

Aaron has been charged with three offenses:

-Disorderly Conduct, Engage In Fighting, Misdemeanor 3
-Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2
-Harassment – Subject Other to Physical Contact, Summary
