Amy Marie Welker, 33, Clearfield, an inmate of the jail, has pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy/receiving stolen property. She was sentenced to 27 months to five years in state prison.

Her co-defendant, Douglas C. Marshall Jr., 31, is charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, and corruption of minors. He remains in the county jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

The charges stem from an incident at Bob’s Army & Navy on Sept. 15 when Welker and Marshall were seen in the store prior to the weapon going missing.
