Giuseppe Scotto DiMarco

Giuseppe Scotto DiMarco, 66, of DuBois, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Penn Highlands DuBois.

He was born on July 2, 1949 in Naples, Italy the son of the late Maria Schiano and Aniello Scotto DiMarco. He went to school in Italy and graduated from business community college from Rome in 1967 after that he worked on Italian Cruisline from 1967-1971. He resided with his sister Vincenza and brother in law Mario Scotto.

He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching Italian and American sports.
Giuseppe was the former owner of Napoli’s Pizza.

He is survived by his six siblings: Maria Rosaria Scotto DiMarco in Capuano and her husband Carlo, Anna Scotto DiMarco in Cedrone, Vincenza Scotto DiMarco in Scotto and her husband Mario, Esterina Scotto DiMarco in Ambrosino and her husband Vittiorio, Carmelina Scotto DiMarco in Scotto DiAntuono and Savatore Scotto DiMarco and his wife Annie; a sister-in-law Rina Ambrosino; numerious nieces and nephews. Uncle of Antonio Scotto and his wife Rossella, Elvira Scotto and great uncle of Monica and Mario Scotto.

He was preceded in death by one brother: Antonio Scotto DiMarco and two brother in laws: Luigi Scotto DiAntuono and Mario Cedrone.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 9 A.M. from St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant. Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 14 from 2-4P.M. and 6-8P.M. at the Mohney-Yargar Funeral Chapel, Inc. A prayer service will be held at 3:30P.M.
