BELL TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Jefferson County man is facing charges following a dispute in Bell Township earlier this week.
Punxsutawney-based State Police Tpr. Green said the incident happened on Feb. 4 around 4:30 p.m. at 17060 Route 36.
Following further investigation, it was determined that 51-year-old Ronald Rossey, of Punxstuawney, harrassed a known 53-year-old Punxsutawney man.
Charges were filed against Rossey at Magisterial District Judge Jacqueline Mizerock’s office.
