Details of the case:

According to a criminal complaint, around 10:13 p.m. on Thursday, August 30, an officer of the Brookville Borough Police Department attempted a traffic stop on Bradley Rhodes who was operating a 2006 Harley Davidson on Main Street.

The complaint states that Rhodes fled from police at high speed, going between 80 and 100 miles per hour, on East Main Street in Brookville and U.S. 322 in Pine Creek Township.

According to the complaint, Rhodes passed another motorcycle in an unsafe manner on East Main Street between Grant Street and Federal Street in Brookville and failed to keep his motorcycle in the right lane of the road when he entered the left lane to negotiate a right curve on U.S. 322 in Pine Creek Township.

After reaching Emerickville, near Iowa Road, police discontinued the chase due to the speeds and safety of Rhodes and other motorists.

An active warrant was issued for Bradley.

On Tuesday, September 4, Bradley was driving his pickup on State Route 28, and he fled from police as they attempted to serve the warrant.

He led police on a chase for approximately five miles and then abandoned his truck on Seneca Trail Road in Clover Township and fled on foot.

He was arrested on Wednesday, September 5, in Summerville.
