Jefferson County Recipe of the Day: Cheesy Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Try this tasty one-dish meal that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned
1/2 onion, chopped
1 -19 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 – 32 oz. package frozen tater tots
1 – 15 1/4 oz. can corn, drained
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
Sour Cream
1/2 Cup of Hormel Bacon Crumbs

Directions

~Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart glass baking dish with cooking spray.

~Place browned hamburger into the bottom of the pan, covering the entire bottom, gently tamping beef down. Sprinkle with diced onions. Layer corn as the next layer. Mix soup and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix. Top with the soup mixture.

~Layer tater tots on top, covering the entire top with tots. Top with bacon and cheese.

~Bake at 350 degrees F (190 degrees) for 45 minutes. Let cool. Serve with sour cream.
