Try this healthy and refreshing smoothie!
Lori’s Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
4 Strawberries – sliced
1 banana – peeled
6 ice cubes
½ cup of milk
½ cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
In a blender, combine the banana and strawberry slices with the ice cubes and milk first to make a slushy.
Add the yogurt and vanilla. Blend for another minute on low setting until it appears creamy.
~Makes one serving.
