An excellent recipe for your holiday cookie tray!
Maple-Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
2¼ cups flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 cup maple sugar
2 eggs
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup soft unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
~Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
~In medium bowl, stir together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
~In large bowl, cream together butter, vanilla, both sugars, and pudding mix until smooth. Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture to the creamed mixture. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Blend well.
~Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment baking paper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool.
~Makes about five dozen cookies.
~Store in an air-tight container.
