A delicious dessert for family gatherings!
Strawberry Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
1 – 10-1/2 oz. loaf-shaped angel food cake, cubed
1 – 1 oz. pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold fat-free milk
2 cups sugar-free low-fat vanilla ice cream, softened
1 – .3 oz. pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 quart strawberries, sliced
Directions
~Place cake in a 13×9″ dish.
~In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk for 1 1/2 minutes. Add ice cream and whisk for 1 minute. Pour over cake and chill.
~Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and mix. Add strawberries and mix until partially set. Spoon over pudding layer.
~Cover and chill overnight.
~Makes 24 servings.
