Judy S. Ogden, age 69 of Falls Creek, PA, died Saturday, March 27, 2021, at her home.
Born on April 8, 1951, in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Dorothea Wrighter Potempa.
Judy retired from the DuBois Regional Medical after many years of service as a nursing assistant, previous to that, she had worked at the DuBois Nursing Home.
She had been a member of the former St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in DuBois and enjoyed donating to multiple charities dealing with wildlife. Judy loved Elvis Presley and had an extensive collection of his memorabilia and music.
Judy is survived by 2 daughters, (Kimberlie Baughman & her husband Richard of Reynoldsville, PA, Kelly Berry & her husband William of Falls Creek, PA), a brother (Joseph Potempa of Penfield, PA), 5 grandchildren (Kayla Stewart, Eric Baughman, Dylan, Alex, & Sara Berry), and a great granddaughter (Emma Stewart).
She was preceded in death by her brother, David Potempa.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium. Social distancing requirements will be in place & masks must be worn.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30p.m. from the funeral home with Gary Wrighter officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
