Kathleen “Kathy” M. Taylor Smith, age 53 of Main Street Brockway, PA; passed away Tuesday, February 28th 2017 following a brief illness at Highland View Health Care Center in Brockway PA; surrounded by her family and best friend Jon Boboige.
Kathy was born on June 3rd, 1963 in DuBois PA; the daughter of Pat and Lois Holt Taylor who survive and live in Brockway PA.
She was employed at O-I in Brockway for over 25 years and was Methodist by faith.
Kathy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, camp fires, cookouts, attending hockey games and especially her trips to Salamanca.
She is survived by 3 children, Scott L. Smith (Amber), Timothy P. Smith and Kimberly M. Smith all of DuBois PA; siblings Barbara G. Taylor, Debra L.Trude, Patrick D. Taylor (Darin), Pamela S. Taylor-Doebler (Max) and Sherry A. Crissman.
She is also survived by 8 grandchildren. Kathy was preceded in death by her nephew Robert Ellis and her Maternal and Paternal Grandparents.
There will be no public visitation.
A private Funeral Service will be held with Pastor Dave Nagele officiating.
Burial will follow in the Beechwoods Cemetery.
