Lyddie R. Summerville, 87, of Brookville, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at the Jefferson Manor. She was born on December 24, 1927, in Rimersburg, to Lena Blanch (Snow) and Harry Fred Ramsey; both parents precede her in death.
She was married to Francis Paul Summerville and he preceded her in death on September 14, 2004.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Terry) Greeley of Brookville, PA; four grandchildren; Peg Greely, Tracy Finnefrock, Brad Greeley, and T.J. (Amber) Greeley; 12 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Dean (Betty) Ramsey; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 7 brothers.
There will be no visitation hours but at memorial service will be held for her at a later date. Interment will take place at the Brookville Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the McKinney – d’Argy Funeral Home in Brookville, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Western PA Cares for Kids, 3262 Rte., 322, Brookville, PA.
