Man Accused of Leaving Rehab, Violating PFA Order

BROOKVILLE BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Police say charges are pending after a man left a court-ordered rehab program and contacted a victim who had a PFA order against him.

According to Brookville Borough Police, on February 7, a known 30-year-old male left a court-ordered rehabilitation program and contacted his estranged wife, who has a Protection From Abuse (PFA) order against him.

Police say it was verified that the man left rehabilitation, and a warrant for the violation was then issued.

Charges for the violation of the PFA order are also pending.

The name of the suspect was not released.
