PUNXSUTAWNEY BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney Borough Police say a theft of money and a cell phone occurred in Punxsutawney Borough, Jefferson County.
According to police, after investigation into the incident, it was determined that a known suspect allegedly took a cell phone belonging to a known individual and money belonging to another on June 1, 2015.
The suspect allegedly failed to deposit the money in a Jefferson County Jail Commissary account.
Charges have not been filed against the suspect as of 10:30 a.m. Friday, according to online court documents.
