Man Enters Guilty Plea in Domestic Incident

FALLS CREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – A local man accused of breaking a woman’s glasses during a domestic incident entered a guilty plea on a summary offense.

Court documents indicate 35-year-old Ronald Arnold Blair Jr., of Falls Creek, pleaded guilty to one summary count of harassment on Thursday, December 19.

The charge has been transferred to non-traffic court.

The following charges against Blair were withdrawn:

– Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2
– Criminal Mischief – Damage Property, Summary

Blair is free on $20,000.00 unsecured bail.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred in Falls Creek Borough in late November.

Details of the case:

According to a criminal complaint, around 4:30 p.m. on November 29, a known victim was interviewed regarding a domestic incident.

The victim reported that she and Ronald Arnold Blair Jr. had engaged in an argument when Blair removed her glasses, and destroyed them by twisting them. He then allegedly spit in the victim’s face, the complaint states.

Blair was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana at 2:15 p.m. on December 2.
