Man Flown to Hospital Following State Route 119 Rollover

Blue flashing sirens of police car during the roadblock in the cNORTH MAHONING TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on June 4 in North Mahoning Township, Indiana County.

Police say David J. Burns, age unknown, of Indiana, Pa., was traveling north on State Route 119 around 11:57 a.m. when his vehicle crossed over the center line and southbound lanes before exiting the roadway.

Burns’ 2015 Subaru Outback traveled through a private yard and a gas well road before colliding with an embankment, causing the vehicle to roll onto its roof in a field.

He was transported by LifeFlight to an undisclosed hospital.

Police list the severity of Burns’ injuries as moderate.

Citizens’ Ambulance also assisted at the scene.
