Man Loses Control of Truck, Overturns on Interstate 80

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police say a vehicle overturned after a man lost control on Interstate 80 in Washington Township.

According to police, around 6:23 p.m. on August 27, a one-vehicle crash occurred on Interstate 80 eastbound in Washington Township, Jefferson County.

Police say 36-year-old Timothy L. Brownlee, of DuBois, was operating a 2013 Ford F-150, traveling east on Interstate 80 when he lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a left curve during heavy rain. The vehicle then struck an embankment on the north side of the roadway and overturned.

Brownlee was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.
