BANKS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an accidental shooting occurred on November 13 at approximately 1:05 p.m. in Banks Township, Indiana County.
According to police, Guy Yeager, of Rossiter, suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his right hand while he was leaving his residence on Bonner Road to go hunting. He was walking towards the woods when the incident occurred.
The investigation continues.
