Mary J. Colville, Age 98 of Clinton Ave., DuBois, PA died Friday, May 5, 2017.
Born on September 13, 1918 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Matthew & Agnes (Rebich) Matusick.
She was married to Henry W. Colville. He preceded her in death on September 29, 1980.
Mary retired from the Brockway Glass Company in 1980 after many years of service.
She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, most of all, she loved to be with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by 2 daughters (Patricia A. Vida of DuBois, PA, and Jean M. Strishock & her husband Stephen of Brockway, PA) 2 sisters (Elizabeth Bigar & Jane “Bunny” Astori, both of DuBois, PA) 8 grandchildren (Gary & Gregory Vida & Kristen Goodwin; Stephen Strishock, Michelle Becker, & Erica Steele; and Shawn & Kyle Doutt). And 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter (Kathy Doutt) a grandson (Matthew Doutt)5 sisters (Madeline Fauls, Helen Matusick, Catherine Bodnar, Anna Wilson, & Barbara Davis) and 5 brothers (George, Stephen, Joseph, Thomas, & Francis Matusick).
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017 from 5 to 8 P.M.. from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.
A scriptural wake service will be held on Monday at 4:30 P.M.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 10 A.M. from St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant.
Burial will follow in St. Catherine Cemetery
