Mary Maines age 47 of Rumbarger Avenue DuBois, PA; died on Monday July 12, 2021 at UPMC-Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born on June 23, 1974 in DuBois, PA; she was the daughter of the late Roderick Morris and Lena E. Clark Anderko of Hazelton, PA.
Mary worked as a caregiver to the elderly and home bound, and also provided cleaning services for numerous doctor offices and such.
She was a member of the Brockway Church of God.
Mary enjoyed crafts of all kinds, knitting and crocheting, fishing and being out in nature. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends.
In addition to her mother she is also survived by her boyfriend with whom she made her home Brad Sedgwick; a daughter Brittany Ross of DuBois; 3 sons: Zachary Ross of DuBois, Drew Maines and Cameron Maines both of Sabula; a sister Carrie Stevens of Florida; 2 brothers Roderick Gearhart of Munderf, PA and Darryl Morris of Hazelton, PA. Mary is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
In addition to her father she is also preceded in death by 2 brothers Jeffrey and James Morris.
There will be no public visitation.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 24, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Brockway Church of God on Walburn Run Road in Brockway with Pastor Dave Nagele officiating.
The Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc in Brockway is handling the arrangements.
