PINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A fugitive was apprehended on Friday in Pine Creek Twp., Jefferson County.
Punxsutawney-based State Police served an arrest warrant on 24-year-old Kelsey Jo Connors, of Maryland, on December 29 around 3:00 p.m.
Connors is wanted on second-degree assault charges in Maryland.
She remains incarcerated pending her extradition to Maryland.
