An escape room game is exactly what it sounds like: a live-action game in which a team of 2-6 companions are locked in a room, and you have to figure out how to get out within one hour. The team must discover and solve hidden clues and puzzles in order to crack the codes to unlock the door and escape. These aren’t brain-crashing puzzles, but aren’t childish riddles either. A benefit spaghetti dinner will be held for Ron Pacsai, the late Cheyenne Nicole Snyder and their daughter Dixie at the Brookville Fireman’s Club. The dinner will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets are $8.00 for adults and $2.00 for children 6 and under. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and Chinese auction. Snyder, Pacsai and their month-old daughter Dixie were the victims of a September 25 crash on Route 36 in Eldred Township, Jefferson County. Organizers of the event include Bikers for a Cause, Friends of Christian and Friends of the Flag.
