Mollyann Mae Templeton, 76, of 229 Monterey Ave., Ridgway, died Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015 at her residence after a brief battle with cancer.
She was born Feb. 21, 1939 in Brockway, daughter of the late Lyle and Rhonda Zimmerman Connacher.
On July 24, 1971, she married Donald Templeton, he survives.
She graduated from Brockway School. She was a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church, Board of Christian Education and Covenant Women.
Molly enjoyed sitting on her porch with her flower collection. She loved to bake and feed family and neighbors, bowling with her league, and especially spending time with her family.
Until she retired, she had worked at various cleaning jobs as well as a homemaker.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Ricky Scarnati of Ridgway, Greg Scarnati (Jenny) of Ridgway, LuAnn Scarnati of Ridgway and Marianne Housholder (Denny) of Coral; two stepchildren, Gary Templeton (Cindy) of Rural Valley and Deanna Croyle of Dayton; three grandchildren, Kristen Johnson of Harbor Creek, Selena Scarnati of Ridgway and Brian Scarnati of Ridgway; five great-grandchildren, Caleb, Anslee, Derek, Wesley and Airyana; five step-grandchildren, Kristen, Terry, Chris, Dillion and Tommy; two brothers, Robert Connacher (Carol) of Ridgway and Francis Connacher (Barb) of Brockport; a sister-in-law, Katie Wheat (Bob) of Worthington; and by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Puhala and Helen Connacher; and four brothers, Lyle (Pork), Franklin, Leonard and John Connacher.
Funeral services for Mollyann Mae Templeton will be held in the Evangelical Covenant Church on Thursday, Dec. 31 at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Craig Duffield, pastor.
Interment will be in Oakmont Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the Meehan-Shilk Funeral Home, 130 Center St., Ridgway on Wednesday, Dec. 30 from 4-8 p.m.
