Nancy D. GlinkermanNancy D. Glinkerman, 83, of Summerville, PA, died Thursday February 12, 2015 at Penn Highlands Healthcare (formerly DuBois Regional Medical Center) in Dubois, PA.

Born January 19, 1932, in Heathville, PA., she was the daughter of the late Emmin and Chloe Lantzy Fenstermaker.
Nancy was a 1948 graduate of Summerville High School. She attended DuBois Business College where she received her secretarial degree.

Nancy was married to Donald Glinkerman on March 16, 1954 in Summerville, PA., he survives.

She was employed by the G. C. Murphy Company, Dietz and Yates Travel Agency, and several other places over the years. Nancy was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Summerville. She was a member of Rebekah’s Lodge and the VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading, taking care of her plants, and loved her grandchildren.

Along with her husband she is survived by four sons; Michael (Brenda) Glinkerman of Brookville, Mark (Patty) Glinkerman of Greensburgh, PA, Brian (Gina) Glinkerman of DuBois, Todd Glinkerman of Greensburg, six grandchildren; Shawn and Bradley Glinkerman of Sterling VA., Andrew Glinkerman of Greensburg, Nicole and Justin Glinkerman of DuBois, Christopher Glinkerman of San Diego, CA., two great-grandchildren; Natasha Kunselman and Camden Glinkerman of Dubois, and one brother Emmin W. Fenstermaker of Summerville.

Nancy is preceded in death by three brothers, James K. Fenstermaker, Eugene E. Fenstermaker, and Jack W. Fenstermaker.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Furlong Funeral Home, Gregory K. Furlong FD, corner of Broad St. and First Ave., Summerville.
